We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. During peak periods, such as holidays or sales, it may take longer for us to process your order.

Please note that the estimated delivery time is calculated from the date your order is shipped, not the date your order is placed, though we will strive to ship every order as quickly as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you in this process.
